The cafe opened in January 2008 to offer a glimpse into the culture of Paraguay one step at a time. Beginning with the Lomito sandwich, then Sopa Paraguay, Sandwich de Palmito, Asado a la Olla con Kiveve, Empanada and by August 2008, the Paraguayan Tortilla. Before the year's end, the outdoor woodfire Parrilla may be running for private events. Always call in advance before making a special trip to visit. Parties of four or more have the option of off menu items and extended hours when reservations are made in advance and in person. Otherwise, our walk in menu is available during normal business hours. All inquiries welcome.
