At Toma-Dojo - True Karate we are proud to offer traditional instruction in Uechi-Ryu Karate. Uechi-Ryu Karate provides a phenomenal method of self-defense focussing not on extrodinary acts of physical ability, but on simple, strong, stable and sure techniques that all individuals can learn and adapt to be effective. You do not have to be naturally athletic, flexible, or even coordinated to begin exploring the challenges of Uechi-Ryu Karate. There is however no limit to how much as a student you may be able to improve, and accomplish with the correct mind-set and positive attitude.
