SLAT offers private lessons in the Alexander Technique, as well as introductory workshops and lecture demonstrations for organizations, conventions, or small groups. In addition, SLAT offers a three-year Alexander Technique teacher-training program. Graduates of the teacher-training program will be certified to teach Alexander Technique. SLAT is certified by the American Society of the Alexander Technique, AmSAT.
