ABOUT RINKOV EYECARE CENTER Rinkov Eyecare Center is a multi specialty eyecare practice founded in 1977 by Dr. Mark H. Rinkov. Dr. Rinkov is a life long native of Columbus. He first attended The Ohio State University as an undergraduate. He then graduated from the prestigious O.S.U. College of Optometry, the #1 ranked optometry school in the nation, which he entered after only three years of undergraduate study. Dr. Rinkov's philosophy is to treat each patient as he, himself, would like to be treated. Dr. Mark Rinkov Due to this philosophy and his patient loyalty over the years, he has expanded from one downtown office to now having 5 offices to provide care for his large patient base. This expansion also required additional professional staffing. Drs.
