Having this single point of contact not only maximizes the efficiency of every job being done for you, but it also maximizes the cost effectiveness of every dollar being spent by you. That’s why Property Managers, Facilities Managers, Building Owners, and yes, even those hard-to-please Tenants throughout the Metropolitan area, are signing on to “The One Call Difference”. And what’s better than tenants who are happy, cooperative, and loyal? A Professional Approach When One Call is on the case, you can rest assured we’ll be on time on budget, and on site until the job is complete and your expectations have been exceeded. Should any problems arise, we will solve them quickly, efficiently, and usually before they’re even apparent to you or your tenants. Any situation requiring your individual attention will be presented to you immediately, but “The One Call Difference” is all about making those situations few and far between. Your Supplemental Marketing Credit We include in our pricing, at no additional cost to you, what we call a “Supplemental Marketing Credit” (SMC). The SMC is an amount of money based on a percentage of the total you spend with us. These funds can be used by you for sports and entertainment tickets (even the ones that are impossible to get), or other travel, dining, or entertainment that you can leverage with your current and prospective tenants. Talk about added value! Your SMC is a powerful tool designed to promote tenant retention. A Team Dedicated To Your Property Your One Call Team will be non-union and comprised of men and women who are all U.S. citizens or legal residents. And just as important, they’ll have decades of experience in the Commercial Building Services industry; plus, they’ll be supervised by a veteran Team Leader who knows how to make “The One Call Difference” work for you.
