Bars Boxing specializes in three types of Martial Arts: Kickboxing, Boxing and Muay Thai. Our students spend their time equally between kickboxing, boxing, Muay Thai, overall physical conditioning, and stand up techniques as well as some grappling techniques. Our classes are for male and female age five and up. All our classes are broken down into age groups. We offer morning classes and evening classes as well. Our martial arts school can prepare a fighter for a match or just condition a person through our strength and cardiovascular workouts. The facility is fully loaded with ring, heavy bags, weights, and conditioning equipment. You will receive a great physical workout which can improve confidence and also help to lead to a healthier lifestyle. If you thinking about weight loss or tone and tighten your body you can get a real results with our program. Whether you are a complete novice or a professional fighter, Bars Boxing and Kickboxing had the expertise to design a specific program for you to help you attain your goals. At Bars Boxing you can learn mixed martial arts as a discipline. Our goal is to teach techniques and drills you would find in elite fighters gyms and make them accessible to everyone. Our students spend their time equally between overall physical conditioning, stand up techniques (Kick Boxing & Boxing) as well as some grappling techniques and situational self defense.
